Monica is the Founder and CEO of Decide to Move LLC. Business Owners and Entrepreneurs hire her to take them to the next Level them in their personal life and business in order to boost their success, increase financial wealth, and truly live a life of freedom.

She helps clients gain Confidence, Clarity, and the Right Mindset as they get the Strategy and Action necessary to Propel in all areas.

Monica has been doing Business and Life Coaching for over 15 years to include working with Military members transition from active duty status to either be either business owners or career change.

She the co-author of two novels released in 2019. PROPEL: The Essential Handbook for Emerging Women in Business and Leadership and Fiercely Speaking.

Monica has a Masters of Science Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a Masters of Social Work. These degrees have allowed her to combine her passion for helping others find their authentic self, succeed, and work to their highest potential with her own business mindset. She also incorporates a variety of special trainings; such as being a Certified Masters Level Coach, Hypnotherapy, Emotion Freedom Technique, Neuro-linguistic Programming, and Emotional Intelligence to assist in helping her clients.
